Vigneswara Ihita Gangavarapu is an Electronics and Communication Engineer from New Delhi, India. She started her journey in Internet Governance as a NextGen at ICANN'57. Over time she started learning further about Internet Governance and was an Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy(APIGA)2017 fellow at Seoul, South Korea. She has been an Indian School of Internet Governance fellow (InSIG) during which she explored and understood the regional IG challenges. She is one of founders of Youth Internet Governance Forum India and is currently on the steering committee of YouthIGF India. The team is on their way to organize the second edition of YouthIGF in Kolkata this year after a successful imaugral event at New Delhi in 2018.
