Jessica Castillo is the Project Manager of Network Infrastructure at CareOregon. Castillo was the Operations & Project Coordinator at ICANN, supporting the Finance department in budget planning from August 2016 to May 2019. Before that, she worked in municipal government in the Los Angeles area.
