Moctar Yedaly

Moctar Yedaly is the head of the African Union Commission's Telecommunications and Posts division and the GAC Representative for the organization. he has been involved with the political body since 2007. Previous experience includes senior positions with North African telecom providers and the world's largest operator of commercial satellites.[1][2]
