History

The company was established in 1994 and the key factors that determined its growth were their consulting services and efficient developers. In October 2010, Craig Reishus was made the first Director of Business Development; at that the company was seeing increased interest in both its consulting and traditional services. Reishus was appointed to focus on the growth in the consulting services and product sales of the company, and expand the company’s role in the enterprise marketplace.[4]

Clarity Connect

This contact center platform is the first one of its kind belonging to the 2010 environment of Microsoft Lync Server. The company's experience with the Microsoft Unified Communications has enabled it to make Connect native to the 2010 Lync Server. Using this solution, Clarity now leverages the powerful communications functionality of Lync in delivering multi-nodal and full featured contact center at the most cost effective price. The Connect customer care solution was selected by Argyll and Bute Council for the Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) to boost up customer experience and improve communications.

Achievements

In July 2010, the National Association For Business Resources included Clarity among the 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For In Chicago. Only companies that have high quality HR initiatives can qualify for inclusion, and it is one of the most sought after honors of companies within the region.[5]
