Joao Tranchesi Jr. is the founder, and partner of, Brazilian Association of Providers of Service and Information Access to Internet, ABRANET.SP. He is also a partner at Moutinho e Tranchesi.[1]

Joao Tranchesi Jr. has a Bachelor's degree from the Law School of the São Paulo University (1979), and a Graduate Degree from the Academy of American and International Law - Southwestern Legal Foundation (1984).

He practices law in the areas of Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Tax Law, International Private Law, Administrative Law, Cyber Law and Technology, as well as Telecommunications Law. He is a member of the Inter Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and Inter American Bar Association (IBA).
