Ryozo Hayashi

Ryozo Hayashi is a consulting fellow at the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry, IAA (RIETI) and a professor at the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo.[1] Before that, he was the Director-General for Machinery and Information Industry Policy at the Machinery and Information Industry Bureau of Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry. Hayashi has served as a Fellow and Visiting Lecturer at the Center for Business and Government of Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Visiting Lecturer in the Law Department of Kyoto University.[2]
