Jenna Manhau Fung is a digital policy advocate, content writer, digital literacy program and community relations manager at DotAsia Organisation, and IGF Youth NRIs coordinator.[1] She was an elected Youth Coalition on Internet Governance (YCIG)[2] steering committee member for the Asia Pacific group for 2022. She has joined The Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet)[3] as an observer in 2023. She is also the author of a newsletter about digital issues and public policy called “Jen Z issues[4].

She has been leading NetMission Academy[5] and the Youth Internet Governance Forums in Asia Pacific[6] and Hong Kong since 2018. She is also representing NetMission.Asia as one of the ALS Representatives at Asia Pacific Regional At-Large Organisation (APRALO) at ICANN. She has also been engaged in the secretarial team of the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF) and part of the organising committee of the Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA)[7] since 2019.

Jenna is passionate about data privacy and protection, surveillance, social innovation and digital sustainability. She has interned in different fields including business management, company secretarial services, and marketing and public relations in Beijing, Hong Kong and Seville. In her personal life, she enjoys dancing, reading and travelling.
