Anand Mishra is the Director of Technical Services Support for ICANN, which he joined in August 2008.[1]

Biography

Anand earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from BIT (Sindri, India) and master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Hisar, India. He also completed the Stanford Certified Program Manager and Strategic Decision and Risk Management certificate program at Stanford's Center for Professional Development. According to ICANN, "He specializes in managing high-risk global projects and portfolios. He successfully delivered complex IT global programs with cross-functional on-site/offshore teams using multi-platform technologies in both SDLC and Agile (Scrum). He is The Open Group certified TOGAF 9, PMI certified PMP, Scrum Alliance certified CSM, AXELOS certified ITIL, IBM's certified RUP process specialist and Microsoft certified .NET solution developer (MCSD)".[1]

Anand is fluent in Hindi and Urdu and also speaks some Bengali.[1]
