Richard Cheng
Richard Cheng is an Ambassador of NetMission.Asia, and is responsible for creating youth programs and community projects to help bridge the digital divide. NetMission.Asia is an At-Large Structure. Richard Cheng is also a member of ISOC Hong Kong.[1]
