Zmarialai Wafa
Zmarialai Wafa is the General Manager for AFGNIC (Afghanistan Network Information Center) and the Cheif Information Security Officer for AfCERT (Afghanistan Cyber Emergency Response Team), both a part of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's Ministry of Communication and IT Department. Zmarialai is an ICT Specialist.[1]
