Ghislain is a policy advisor specialized in the digital economy and Internet governance.

Career edit

Ghislain represents the French Ministry of Economy and ICT in international negotiations related to the digital economy. Prior to his current position, he worked at the Embassy of France in the United States, in Washington, DC, as the digital economy attache.

ICANN Involvement edit

Ghislain is tne of the he French representatsive in the GAC.

He was also elected as vice-chairman of the GAC for 2016-2017.

Involvement in Internet Governance edit

Ghislain represents the French Ministry of Economy and ICT in various international fora such as ITU, ICANN, IGF, the WSIS process and OECD.

Education edit

Ghislain graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences-Po Paris) with a Master in Economics and Public Policy. He also studied international relations and law at King's College London.
