Career History
Prior to joining TrafficZ, Ammar honed his entrepreneurial and business development talents as in-house counsel for two public companies in the technology sector. He has counseled numerous private and public clients, ranging in status from the Pink Sheets to NASDAQ. He has also been intimately involved in dozens of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Ammar holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a writer and editor for the school's Law Review journal, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles.
