Haoran Huang is a postgraduate student in Institute of Internet Governance and Law at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), the first institute in China to focus on IG issues. Recently, he is the member of NCUC, GNSO. And he has been selected as the Fellow of Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA), Fellow of Indian School on Internet Governance (InSIG), Youth@IGF Fellow for UN IGF. His study interests including the matters of I*organizations, policy makings in the stafe of IG, digital trade and personal data or privacy protection.
