He is a domain dispute resolution panelist working at the Arbitration Center for .eu Disputes, Prague / Regional Center for Arbitration, and the Kuala-Lupur / Belgian Centre for Mediation and Arbitration. He is also a legal consultant on electronic commerce and IP.
Education
As of 2006, he was working as a Ph.D. candidate at Versailles University on the subject, International and national legal norms regulating domain names. In 1994 he received his Maîtrise de Droit privé from Université de Lille 2, France.

He has published more than 150 articles, many of which are comments of UDRP decisions, French judicial decisions, and other ADR decisions. His publications include:

Awards
Cedric was labelled one of the liveliest and most influential intellectual property educators and opinion-makers to emerge from France in recent times in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice. In 2010, he received a Google Research Award.[2]
