Frank Fowlie

Frank Fowlie is the Ombudsman at ICANN and Director at Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.^[1]

He completed his Doctorate from La Trobe University in 2008.^[2]
He has taken training of Negotiation Instructor from at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.^[3]

He is the first ICANN ombudsman selected in 2004.^[4]
He has also served as the Chairman of the International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution.
He was also employed by the United Nations
