RegistryASP is a subsidiary of Qinetics Solutions Berhad which provides global software solutions, maintenance, consultation and training for gTLD & ccTLD registries and registrars.[1] Tk Tan is the CEO of the company, which is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. RegistryASP was created in 2003.

The Shared Registry-Registrar System (SRS) is the flagship product of RegistryASP. SRS is an adaptive software and systems solution for ccTLD and gTLD registries and registrars who demand great flexibility for complex business rules, policies and to be able to adhere with International standards and practices.[2]
The company provides Registry Outsourcing, Customized Solutions, System Maintenance, Training, Consultancy and new gLTD incubation initiatives.[3]

Partnership edit
In 2008, Interlink and RegistryASP formed a strategic partnership in provisioning a new gTLD. Interlink sponsored the World Domain Cup, a contest for individual users to submit the most popular new gTLD. The winners were to receive a $ 10,000 cash prize and $ 1.00 revenue share per domain registration for the first ten years.[4] RegistryASP will serve as the backend technology provider for the new gTLD initiative.[5]
RegistryASP and ICANN edit
The company sponsored the 36th ICANN meeting in Seoul which was held on October 25-30, 2009;[6] as well as the 38th ICANN meeting in Brussels, held from June 20-25, 2010.[7]
