NIC Mexico
NIC Mexico or Network Information Center Maxico is the ICANN accredited organization responsible for management of .mx ccTLD and National Internet Registry which provides IP space to registrars. It has 0.5 million registered domain names.[1] It started accepting registrars for registration of .mx domain names in 2008 and now has 180 registrars.[2] NIC Mexico is a founding member of LACNIC and LACTLD besides being an active member of ccNSO and ICANN community.[3] Together with LACNIC it is struggling for Latino TLD to get approved by ICANN.[4]
