FLUI
FLUI is the spokesperson organization for the Internet users of Latin America. The federation works for the growth and development of ICT in Latin American countries and handles the issues concerning security, domain names and proper use of internet.[1] It aims to provide better opportunities to everyone in the continent by the easy access to communication technologies. Educating people with the poor knowledge of internet and trying to overcome the lack of facilities for them is of special interest to FLUI.[2]

FLUI & ICANN
FLUI condemns the dominating participation of economically powerful sector (governments and companies) in ICANN activities. It has demanded the increase in participation internet users and ALS organizations which are being pushed back in the line by new policies of ICANN.[4]
