Shun-Ting Yang is an Executive Officer in the Department of Posts and Telecommunications within Taiwan's Ministry of Transportation and Communication.[1] She frequently attends ICANN meetings and other international fora; at ICANN meetings she supports Taiwan's GAC representative, Tony Teng.
