Robert F. Connelly is the founder of Domains Only, Inc. and also the Secretary for the Registrar Constituency.[1]

In a letter dated December 8th, Connelly, along with twenty-seven other domain name industry participants, wrote to Sen. Jay Rockefeller and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison to support ICANN's new gTLD program, in response to the Senate Hearings taking place on the same day. They supported ICANN's argument that the program would be innovative and economically beneficial, and that the program had taken lots of people a long time to develop, hence it had not been rushed.[2] Read the letter here.

  • Co-chairman of the U.S. Japan Trade Study Group. His responsibilities included identifying non-tariff barriers to the import of products from US to Japan.

About Domains Only, Inc.

Procurement Services International Inc. (PSI-USA) was formed in 1981 with the objective to translate Japanese government bid tender notes for foreign businesses.[4] Next, the company started handling the servers for domain name registrations and credit card transactions for Japan. The USA PSI company changed its name to Domains Only, Inc. in 2003 and continued its activities independently from PSI Japan. Also, Domains Only was the the first certified dotcom Internet domain registrar in Asia, in 2000.[5]

About International Technical Trading

Robert Connelly is the chairman of INTEC, the company founded in 1978 and which imports "consumer convenience products". The company imported raw materials from the US and in 2009 introduced "Awesome Goo".[6] The company also holds patents within the European Commission, U.K., Canada, Israel, Australia, the US, and Japan for pollution control, corrosion prevention, petrochemical processes and other technologies.[7]
