Constituency, as defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary, is a group of people who support, are served by, or are represented by an organization, business, etc. For example, the International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, as the international internet governing body is supported by different stakeholders groups also known as ICANN Constituencies.
