Constituency, as defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary, is a group of people who support, are served by, or are represented by an organization, business, etc.[1] For example, the International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, as the international internet governing body is supported by different stakeholders groups also known as ICANN Constituencies.
