Brett Lewis is a partner at the firm of Lewis & Lin, LLC in Brooklyn, New York. Brett has represented complainants and respondents in numerous UDRP disputes, and is experienced representing clients in federal court in complaints regarding violations of the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). Brett also advises clients in issues involving various types of Internet and licensing agreements, as well as trademark and copyright infringement. Brett is also a practicing Trademark Attorney [1] and founder of TrademarkAttorneys.com [2].

Before founding his own firm, Brett worked as Associate General Counsel for Register.com.

Education

He graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.

Following law school, Mr. Lewis worked for a year as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge David G. Trager, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
