Emmanuel Elolo Agbenonwossi is Social Entrepreneur and Web Journalist from Togo (West-Africa).

He is the founder and CEO of EvaFarms and Co-founder of Chocotogo, two award-wining agriculture technology start-up companies based in his native Togo.

As Internet Governance Academy (Germany) Fellow and ICANN Fellow, Emmanuel is prominently involved in Togo’s internet governance processes through research, multi-stakeholder engagement and co-coordinate Togo’s national Internet Governance Forum.

Graduate of the African School of Internet Governance (class 2016), Emmanuel’s interests include IT entrepreneurship, Africa digitalisation, e-education, Freedom of expression and digital rights.

Vibrant member of Internet Society, Emmanuel believes that the bedrock for the sustained development of his nation is through Youth Involvement, Internet Development and Entrepreneurship.

Based in Lomé since 2014 and travelling extensively through Africa and Europe, Emmanuel he has been working as freelance journalist and Policy researcher for APC, Ghana Web, North Africa Post, and coordinate the Editorial of Cameroon’s biggest online media CameroonWeb.

He is also one of the most promising continental web-journalists and social entrepreneurs according to the Tony Elumelu Foundation.

Nigeria Based EALA Magazine ranked him among the 100 most influential Africa Young Emerging Leaders.
