Digital Divide

Digital divide is a term that refers to the differences between demographics and regions that have access to modern information and communications technologies. Those differences can be characterised as either limited or restricted access. Information and Communications Technologies refer to the mobile telephone, television, personal computers and even the Internet.

A significance in the Digital Divide is the Gender digital divide.
