Florence Lengoumbi Kouya is a Councillor to the Ministere de l'Economie Numerique de la Communication et de la Poste of the country of Gabon. She participates in ICANN's GAC, and first began work with ICANN in Dakar at ICANN 42.[1]
Governmental Advisory Committee. Considers and provides advice on the activities of ICANN as they relate to concerns of governments, particularly matters where there may be an interaction between ICANN's policies and various laws and international agreements or where they may affect public policy issues (ICANN Bylaws).
