RRPproxy the MetaRegistry is a branch of Key-Systems, an international ICANN-accredited registrar. It is the world-wide reseller network of Key-Systems. Key-Systems did integrate in 2007 the former Namestore business of VeriSign and serves resellers worldwide.
RRPproxy has been offering pre-registration for a number of proposed new gTLDs that had yet to be approved or implemented by ICANN. This system is essentially a free means of expressing interest in a possible new gTLD, and not a binding registration commitment or guarantee.[2]
