I am working in communication for development and social change, specifically the impacts of information and communication technologies (ICT). I am currently leading a research project about youth and ICT in the rural areas of his home country, Argentina. Matias is a journalist with a degree in Social Communication and a Master’s in Internationalization of Local Development. Currently, I am working for the National Institute of Agriculture Technologies (INTA) in Argentina. He also teaches journalism and communication in the undergraduate and graduate programs at the National University of San Luis.
