Gordon Dick has been the CTO of the corporate and intellectual property-focused registrar Demys since 2013. Of the appointment, Dick has been quoted as saying, "I am delighted at my appointment as CTO and aim to further develop Demys' technical expertise to ensure we remain a leader in delivering efficient and robust Internet intellectual property management to our clients."[1]

He takes an active interest in domain name policy issues and is a frequent ICANN meeting atendee.[1]

Career History

Dick has been experienced in the industry starting from 1995. Prior to joining Demys, he was formerly the Non-Executive Director of Nominet, where he represented the UK registry on their Policy Advisory Board. He was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2008 and Interim Chair in 2010.[1]
