Tim Johnson has been the CEO and Director for Dot Kiwi since September 2011, where he works to develop all aspects of their business plan, oversees design and outsourcing of technical infrastruture, and is heavily involved in gTLD application planning and content.[1]

Johnson is on the board for Kea Vancouver, is a founder of a business group in Vancouver, and is a pro-bono technology consultant for small governments around the world.[2]

After the devastating earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand, Johnson raised funds and began campaigning for earthquake readiness for the Greater Vanouver area. He is partiularly passionate about how technology can improve lives and communities.[2]

He is involved with ICANN through NTAG.[3]
