Zmarialai Wafa
Zmarialai Wafa is the General Manager for AfgNIC (Afghanistan Network Information Center) and the Cheif Information Security Officer for AfCERT (Afghanistan Cyber Emergency Response Team), both a part of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's Ministry of Communication and IT Department. Zmarialai is an ICT Specialist.[1]

As a part of his combined positions, Zmarlialai manages .af, Afghanistan's new IDN ccTLD, NIRA, NIXA, AfCERT, ECA - PKI (Electronic Certification Authority - Public Key Infrastructure), and a Web Filtering project in Afghanistan.[2]
