Bartlett Morgan

Bartlett is a trained attorney-at-law. With roots in Jamaica, he currently resides in Barbados where, in 2012, he joined the team at Lex Caribbean, Attorneys-at-Law, a pan-Caribbean corporate-commercial law firm.

Bartlett first became involved with ICANN in 2013 when he joined the IRTP-D working group in the GNSO. Since then, he has become involved with At-Large where he is currently the ALS representative of the Barbados ICT Professionals Association (BIPA) to LACRALO. In 2016, Bartlett was named as a Fellow to ICANN 57 in Hyderabad, India.

Locally, in addition to his membership with BIPA, Bartlett is also one of the founding members of the Barbados Chapter of the Internet Society.

Bartlett maintains a blog at bartlettmorgan.com where he publishes his thoughts on issues related to cyber law and policy in the Caribbean and regularly speaks on related topics at various fora.
