Duncan Burns
Duncan Burns has been the VP of Global Communications at ICANN since May 2013, and has extensive experience in the energy, technology, finance, and NGO sectors.[1][2]

Burns is a regular ICANN attendee; as of ICANN 51 in Los Angeles, he had been to over four ICANN Meeting and had also attended IGF.[2]
His proudest life achievement is his two little girls. He said he once met Mr. T and jokes that he'd love to play rugby for Scotland, but that he suspects that that ship has already sailed.[2]
