A domain name:

• must have between two and sixty-three characters;
• can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and the following special characters: á, à, â, ã, é, ê, í, ó, ô, õ, ú;
• cannot contain two consecutive hyphens "–" in the third and fourth positions.
