Barbara Mittleman
Barbara Mittleman is the Chief Strategy Officer at WayMark Systems. WayMark Systems maps stakeholders and their engagement, needs, resources, and progress in multi-stakeholder arrangements such as ICANN. Mittleman started and ran the US NIH (National Institutes of Health) Public-Private Partnership Program from 2006-2013, and has studied and published on multi-stakeholder engagements and their characteristics, and is now working with academic colleagues to move this work into a mapping and consulting company.
