Education

Denis has a degree in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Yucatan (UADY). She has a Specialization in Technology Administration from UADY and a Master's Degree in Information Technology Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She has a Diploma in Internet Governance from CETyS and an Executive Online Corporate Governance Program from Deloitte, Universidad Anáhuac and Escuela Bolsa Mexicana. Carmen is a weaver of communities and collaborative bridges, contributing to the development of the digital and Internet ecosystem in Mexico and the LAC region, actively cooperating in the dissemination of topics and technologies for Internet development such as IPv6, IXPs, RPKI, RIPE Atlas Measurement, MANRS , DNSSEC and Internet Governance, in collaboration with the Internet Society, the Internet Corporation for the Assignment of Names and Numbers (ICANN), the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Internet Registry (LACNIC), NIC Mexico (NICMX), Community Network Operators of Latin America and the Caribbean (LACNOG), Network Operators Group in Mexico (MEXNOG), the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES), the National Association of Wireless Internet Providers of Mexico ( WISP MX) and the Chamber of the Electronic Industry of Telecommunications and Information Technologies Southeast Region (CANIETI Sureste).
