Prior to joining Afilias Cetraro worked at Denmark-based ICANN-accredited Registrar Ascio Technologies inc. as Product Manager and Registry Relations Manager.

He describes himself as a strong advocate of open-source software as an instrument to overcome the digital divide and to allow an equal distribution of resources among the people of the world. He sees his position as an opportunity to contribute to a fairer development of the Internet.[1]
