Karl Manheim

Legal Work and ICANN
Karl was admitted to the California Bar in 1974, the United States Patent Bar in 1980, and the United States Supreme Court in 1984.
He was a special counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property.
Karl Manheim is the Co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Prosetta Antiviral, Inc.[3]
He is a Organizational Member in ICANN's Noncommercial Users Constituency.[4]
Personal
He has handled several cases in civil rights and civil liberties. He has vocally opposed Obama's health care bill and called it unconstitutional.[5]
Mr. Manheim has a sister, named Camryn Manheim, who is an actress.[6]
