As the Head of Customer Care, Matt's primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer journey, managing a diverse and talented team of customer service, technical support, and customer success professionals, and ensuring the seamless integration of customer care across all CentralNic brands.

Matt focuses on technologies, such as AI-powered customer service tools and advanced analytics, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CentralNic's customer care services.
