Neil Schwartzman
Neil Schwartzman is the executive director of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email, (CAUCE) North America.[1] He is also the Founder & Chief Practices Specialist at CASL Consulting.[2]

He currently serves as the secretary of the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group Public Policy Committee.[3]
Career History
Mr. Schwartzman has been involved in community and professional anti-spam efforts in various leadership capacities since 1995. He was one of the founding members of CAUCE Canada and sat on the Canadian Federal Task Force on Spam and the U.S.' Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council's working group on Network Abuse Protection, which is overseen by the country's Federal Communications Commission.[4]
He was once the Senior Director/Security Strategist at Return path Inc.[5] As well as the Co-Owner and consultant at Blackvine Consulting. Mr. Schwartzman was also the owner of peteMOSS Publications. From 2001 to 2002, he was the North American Marketing Manager for Habeas.[6]
Industry Engagement
Neil Schwartzman participates in panels that respond to how the government should run and implement the Internet in their own countries.
He was a speaker at the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Conference in reference to Operational Technologies which took place in Bali, Indonesia in February 2007.[7] He also was the keynote speaker at the Messaging Anti-abuse Working Group, also known as the London Action plan, which met in Washington D.C. in September of 2007.
Education
He graduated from Concordia University in English Literature and Music Composition in 1986.
During his time at Concordia, he was a stage manager of the concert hall; he handled all the lighting, stage and audio reinforcement tasks for all the live events at a professional 500+ seat concert building.
