Rhoda Grossman managed to capture everyone's expressions based on regular photos as though they were sitting right in front of her. Besides caricatures, she is doing a bunch of other illustrations.

Professional experience

In 1989 she started focusing on transferring her skills to the Macintosh, and at several occasions during computer graphics trade shows in the 90's she proved her digital caricature skills.[2] On a step-by-step basis during this period she slowly switched to digital media.

Rhoda Grossman learned on her own the job as a cartoonist and humorous illustrator, and according to her the specialty is "Zaftig" women. [3]

Creating caricatures at events

During caricature entertainment events, she paints on a computer and uses Corel Painter and Wacom art tablet while the image is projected on a big screen so that everybody can see the development of the caricature. In the end, the caricature is easily printed on a glossy photo paper with her company logo and personalized graphic.[4]

In the case of illustrations and fine art Rhoda Grossman uses Adobe Photoshop and MetaCreations Painter. Her works start from photographs and she then creates a collage in Photoshop. For any special effects she uses Corel Painter.[5]
