Sheba Mohammid
Sheba Mohammid is an ICT Policy Specialist and currently works at the National ICT Company, Government of Trinidad and Tobago (iGovTT).[1] At iGovTT she contributes to major Policy considerations surrounding e-Legislative reform and creating an enabling Policy & Legislative Environment.

Sheba lectures the South American and Mainland Caribbean Group on the Diplo Capacity Building Programme on Internet Governance.
Sheba was a panelist, moderator and participant at the IGF 2009[2] and IGF 2010.[3] Sheba is a member of ISOC.
She was a Local Expert in The Training Workshop in Internet Governance and ICT Policy for ACP countries conducted by DiploFoundation which focused on Caribbean ICT policy and challenges.[4]
Sheba has attended the LACNIC Caribbean 2 meeting held at Trinidad and Tobago.[5]
She has signed a petition which requests Secretary-General of the United Nations to set up the working group on improvements to the Internet Governance Forum in an open and inclusive process that ensures a mechanism for the full and active participation of governments, the private sector and civil society from both developing and developed countries.[6]
Sheba has graduated from the University of Manchester.[7]
