Currently, as a General Manager of the Corporate Planning Office, he is in charge of designing the strategic plan and business administration of JPRS. Prior to his current position, he was involved in the external affairs, public relations and business development of JPRS. He has been heavily engaged in the business development of JPRS to be a gTLD Registrar and Registry Services Provider. He led contracting [[RAA]]s（Registrar Accreditation Agreements）between JPRS and its subsidiary and the [[RA]]（Registry Agreement）of the TLD [[.jprs]] with [[ICANN]] Organization.
