Prior to starting [[NEXT SA]], he worked for [[SONATEL]] (the Senegalese National Telecom Company) from 1993 to 2001. It is the second [[LIR]] in West Africa. He served as the Data Network Manager and built the biggest IP-Based network in West Africa.
