Tommi Karttaavi is the Chair of ISOC Finland, which has been an At-Large Structure Organisation since 2003. Prior to that he was a member of the At-Large Organizing Committee and the ALAC Assistance Group in 2002, during the ICANN evolution and reform process. Tommi works as a senior advisor on information society issues for the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities and lives in Espoo with his wife and two daughters.
