Previously, he was Google Policy Fellow for Research ICT Africa in Cape Town, where he was a contributor to "Mapping multistakeholderism in Internet Governance: Implications for Africa"[1].

He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC since the beginning of 2013.[2]
