As a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law with a Master of Laws in Cybersecurity Law & Policy, I have a strong interest and expertise in the legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity and data privacy. I have also obtained multiple certifications in contract management, mediation, and privacy law, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
I have over six years of progressive experience in legal contract administration, coordination, and management, working with diverse clients and stakeholders in various sectors and industries. Most recently, I was the Associate Business Contracts Administrator at The University of Texas at Austin, where I handled complex and high-value contracts, facilitated contract negotiations, drafted and reviewed contract terms and clauses, and ensured compliance with applicable laws and policies. Previously, I was the Lead Legal Contract Coordinator at EOS IT Solutions, where I managed a team of contract specialists and oversaw the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution. I also have extensive experience in contract litigation, having worked as a Legal Manager and a Legal Officer for two reputable law firms in Kenya.
