Ernest is the Policy Coordinator at AFRINIC where he runs & coordinates the policy development function as the liaison to the community. Ernest was instrumental in the start-up of AFRINIC as one of the founding staff of the registry, initially charged with all engineering functions and later traversing Africa as an IPv6 trainer (and evangelist). He is a seasoned technology veteran and was involved in the technical start-up of some of Uganda's prominent Network Operators.
