The Centre for International Migration and Development (CIM) is an organization jointly run by Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the International Placement Services (ZAV) of the German Federal Employment Agency. It supports returning experts who are trained in Germany when returning to their home countries and places experts and managers with employers in developing countries and emerging economies. [1]

The Integrated Experts and Returning Programme

CIM places integrated experts (Germans or other Europeans) and returning experts (people from developing and emerging countries who have been trained in Germany and wish to return to their countries) in jobs with employers in Germany's partner countries for international cooperation on behalf of the German Government.
