Javier Chandia Rojas is the President of the Association of Internet Users in Chile. He also sits on the Board of the Federation of Latin American Internet Users.[2] Javier Chandia Rojas also serves as the Director of Technical Office Internet Day Celebration in Chile (Coquimbo Portal).[3]
Javier Chandia Rojas is a member of the ICANN through the Latin America / Caribbean Islands Regional At-Large Organizations (LACRALO).[4]He is also an attendee at the ICANN Cartagena De Indias[5] and ICANN Mexico City[6].
