Melchizedek Alipio is a NextGen participant in the ICANN60 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Alipio is currently a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and specializes in developing protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks and Internet of Things testbed implementation. He is also an enthusiast of an open Internet and net neutrality.
